Emmy Rossum diet and exercise routine

In an interview with SELF magazine, Emmy Rossum gives out all the details of how she manages to be super-slim and look as if she has not even an ounce of extra fat.  According to her, she lets a nutritionist Carrie Wiatt send her meals so that she can't go wrong.  She does have some freedom to eat whatever she wants on two cheat days.  She is also a fan of spinning.  In addition, she does her regular weight training and cardio.  She clarifies, "My go-to moves are walking lunges, leg raises, and my favorite: four sets of 15 ballet pliés, holding 8-pound weights."
