In the reality television program The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kim Richards stood out as a very troubled woman .  You almost fell sorry for her, for being obsessed with having lots of kids (as if she was trying to fill a vacuum in her life with them), for being messed up, for getting into fights , for having low self esteem , and other issues that I could not even identify.  Now that she has had a nosejob supposedly for removing a bump on her nose , hopefully, she will get rid of some of her issues and maybe find a boyfriend .

There are genuine health arguments that can be made against cosmetic surgery but a lot of the surgical procedures are so safe and affordable that I really do not think there is anything wrong with going under the knife .  That is why I believe that people have a right to look the way they want to, and that typically means that people want to look better .  In case of Big Ang's plastic surgery it is so obvious that she either had a bad cosmetic surgeon or she has a very wrong ideas about what a beautiful woman should look like .
