That is 62-year old Italian billionaire Flavio Briatore with his 32-year old supermodel wife Elisabetta Gregoraci while vacationing on a beach in Africa. To reinforce the message that she is no gold-digger, they have a son shown in the photo below and they have been married for about five years now. Good for them.
