Apparently, families like ours are so huge in number (one in five American women are child-free and intend to remain so with full support of men like me in their lives) that Time has done a story on them. The fact of the matter is that idea of being parents is overrated. To be honest, I cannot imagine life any other way. Less worries, less hassles, and no fear that kids might turn out to be losers. And for those of you who say that we are selfish, well, we are saving enough for retirement that so we don't need no one to take care of us (in fact most people that we know keep whining that their children do not even bother to call them -- they occasionally text). The best part kid free couples are happier and prosperous.
