Remember when I talked about Tom Cruise, Scientology, and his views on depression? I am very skeptical when non-doctors give medical advice. While I do believe that we use more drugs than we probably need and drugs have more side effects than the pharmaceutical companies acturally disclose. Indeed, those pills that we keep popping may be damaging our minds and bodies in ways that we or even doctors might not even know. Having said that, I still would like that piece of advice from someone who went to medical school, not some Hollywood star.
